Job Description

  • Working together with the Product Management, PR and Marketing team to make our email communication constantly better and more effective
  • Building recurring and triggered email campaigns in Intercom
  • Leading coding of email creative using data-driven dynamic elements and responsive design
  • Curation of the campaigns and define layout requirements for designers, creating the copy with the help of copywriters
  • Creating segments from the user database to define new audience possibilities
  • Building, modifying and troubleshooting HTML templates
  • Creating regular reports on email marketing performance
  • Staying abreast of and recommends email marketing best practices with launching, coding, design and testing of email campaigns
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line Manager or Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years collaborating with Email Service Providers (ESPs) 
  • 3+ years HTML/CSS coding experience with focus on email best practices and responsive design
  • Experience with Intercom is preferred
  • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with change management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence preferred)
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly
  • Interest in email marketing
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Proactive, energetic personality; inquiring, investigative mind
  • Fluent in English
