Advertisers can bid on online advertising spaces in a real-time, auction-based marketplace and optimize their campaigns easily via multiple targeting features. Publishers are able to monetize their traffic effectively and safely, using TwinRed’s advanced publisher features such as the private RTB marketplace, and full price and media control.

TwinRed has offices in Los Angeles, Budapest and Barcelona and is looking for talented and highly motivated colleagues to join their team in Barcelona.

Job Description

  • Set up, launch and optimize advertising campaigns
  • Daily campaign analysis and optimization
  • Daily monitoring and reporting on revenue and ROI
  • Create and define optimization strategies for existing accounts
  • Manage and build long-term relationships with an existing portfolio of performance accounts
  • Prospect, identify and launch new strategic partnerships
  • Continuously improve ROI via new strategies and payout negotiations
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry news and trends
  • Work closely with the technical team to make product improvements and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Work closely with the publishing, advertising and compliance teams in order to increase overall network performance and provide valuable feedback
  • Attend international tradeshows

Qualifications

  • Excellent level of English, other languages are highly valued
  • Previous experience from media buying/advertising is highly advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of media buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS etc.)
  • Very detail-oriented and be able to manage multiple campaigns successfully
  • Critical-thinking, great time-management
  • Analytical and strong reporting skills (Excel)
  • Creative and strategic mind-set
  • Ability to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with adult content
  • Have a passion for online advertising, technology and new digital innovations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Great negotiation skills
