Job Description

  • Manage the Payroll process in a timely and accurate manner for Luxembourg, France, Amsterdam and any other potential new branch if needed, with the supervision of the HRBP - Team Leader
  • Be Responsible for all the employee's queries related to the payroll
  • Be the main point of contact for the external payroll providers
  • Ensure clean data in the HR system and fully complete and up-to-date employee documentation
  • Act as contact for local authorities
  • Prepare/review documentation: employment contracts, addendum, work certificates, job description etc.
  • Manage and be responsible for the main end-to-end processes: onboarding, leaver, maternity/parental, etc.
  • Participate in HR projects, with a main focus on the new HR tool implementation
  • Initiate HR process improvements and HR Projects with a focus on the Onboarding process
  • Assist with the implementation of new technical tools, provide HR expertise for deploying new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner
  • Partner with other departments to communicate HR new policies, procedures, programs and laws
  • Prepare complex reporting
  • Review and support the work of the HR Specialist and delegate activities
  • Act as a backup of the HR Specialist if needed
  • Accomplishment of any other professional task assigned by the direct superior and the management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree ideally in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Labour Code
  • Experience from 2 to 4 years in a similar position
  • Fluent in English and French both oral and written
  • Must be able to demonstrate good attention to details, good judgment
  • Proactivity
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work individually but also as part of a team
  • Rigorous and reliable with high sense of confidentiality
  • Customer (employee) focused mindset
