Job Description

With us, you will...

  • Be involved in all new projects for the business and enjoy a unique opportunity for building a compelling profile.
  • Work with the teams within multiple departments: Finance, Legal, Operations, IT Development, Marketing & PR, and all others in the entire spectrum of the business.
  • Coordination and organization of management meetings and appointments
  • Managing relations with external partners, internal stakeholders and the leadership team
  • Inputting relevant data in excel
  • Governing and managing documentation, helping management with preparing, editing and duplicating documents
  • Supervising and governing internal written communication and organizational documentation
  • Proper handling and archiving of various types of documents
  • Keeping to document deadlines related to the activity of the management

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in and Administrative role
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Tax, Law, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines
  • Proven attention to detail and good judgement showing logical decision making skills
  • Capability to work individually in autonomy and self-review and also as part of a team
  • Confident, self-starter and ability to operate in a dynamic environment
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Ability to plan and organise yourself
  • Likes to work in a highly dynamic & international environment
  • Mastery in the use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written command of English; French a plus
