Job Description

Mainly, you would be in charge of supporting the daily operation processes and managing ad-hoc problems effectively and successfully. But what we mean by these?

  • Managing procurement and logistics
  • Leading and controlling new projects and processes
  • Cooperation and communication with third parties, suppliers and partners
  • Providing customer service and support to our guests
  • Social media posts, marketing and sales
  • Recommending the treatments and advising products to the guests
  • Booking and managing appointments in person and over the telephone as well
  • Handling incoming calls, e-mails and other communications
  • Taking payment upon completion of applicable services
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records   
  • General problem solving on a daily basis  

Qualifications

  • Fluent Hungarian
  • Upper intermediate, advanced level English
  • Minimum 1-year experience in administrative position
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

 

It’s great if you have:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Knowledge in other languages than English will be a strong plus
  • Experience in sales, marketing and social media fields
  • Multitasking skills
