The Million Roses is a very fast moving and fast-growing manufacture of luxury aesthetic consumer products. Now part of a larger holding company, we plan to double in size and expand further internationally within the next year. 

The customer service manager will develop a professional level customer service department for the company and handle customers throughout the EU including UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain. The CSM needs to exhibit a high level of patience, maturity, professionalism, and composer at all times while leading the CS team and assisting customers. This position is responsible for delivering superior customer service in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

• Create and develop the customer service department to a professional level of the operation.
• Lead a team of 1-4+ customer service representatives and ensure 100% accuracy in their performance.
• Be the point of contact for outsourced customer service agency and ensure their performance.
• Ensure all customer calls, chats, and emails are answered and resolved.
• Work with Operations Manager, Production Staff and shipping partners to ensure replacement products and/or special customer orders are created and shipped out on time.

• 5 year+ Experience in customer service Management in a capacity that dealt with customer from multiple EU countries
• High level working knowledge and experience with Shopify and CRM Softwares
• Excellent verbal and written communication clarity
• Professionally minded- someone who takes what they do seriously and for the betterment of themselves and covers the duties of their job thoroughly
• Proficiency in English & Hungarian

• Additional EU language: Spanish, German, French, Italian
• Experience in E-Commerce industry
• Experience in luxury/fashion/gift industries
