Job Description

  • Be responsible for providing unique Customer service related to our web services
  • Provide customer support in English via chat, email or phone
  • Increasing customer satisfaction by using professional customer support techniques

Qualifications

  • High-school graduation
  • Strong command of English and French
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Create a wonderful member experience as you understand that making a member happy is crucially important to a business's success
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night

Additional Information

  • We're offering a range of 520,000 HUF - 590,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
