Job Description
- Be responsible for providing unique Customer service related to our web services
- Provide customer support in English via chat, email or phone
- Increasing customer satisfaction by using professional customer support techniques
Qualifications
- High-school graduation
- Strong command of English and French
- Intermediate computer skills
- Create a wonderful member experience as you understand that making a member happy is crucially important to a business's success
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexibility when it comes to working hours, as our shifts can be day or night
Additional Information
- We're offering a range of 520,000 HUF - 590,000 HUF (gross/month) for this position
