Job Description

  • Design and drive delivery of engagement initiatives, events and activities within the company
  • Collaborate with experts across the business to maximize the impact of their activities on employee engagement and retention
  • Organize, implement, and coordinate employee surveys, engagement programs and take initiatives to ensure a positive and exciting environment in the company
  • Inspire constructive competition by gamifying certain key aspects of work
  • Work on defining Employee value proposition strategy plan
  • Lead, develop and optimize our portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career site, social job sites, job boards/niche sites, and develop programs across online and offline attraction events, local and global campaigns aligned to hiring needs
  • Contribute to implementing internal and external employer branding strategy alongside PR and Internal communication department
  • In partnership with our PR and Internal communication team, ensure our brand has a strong presence in relevant social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (higher education is an advantage)
  • 2+ years of relevant, professional work experience
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of any additional language is an advantage)
  • Strong team player with a creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled public speaker who can confidently present in front of large crowds
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner), as well as Keynote and Prezi, Skype, Canva for design, and project management tools like Monday.com
  • Ability to effectively manage time and remain agile in a high performing atmosphere, while managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities under pressure
