Job Description

  • Screening the genuineness of incoming payment transactions.
  • Maintaining historical databases of fraudulent events to support future monitoring activities.
  • Taking action to prevent financial loss to operator and to keep Chargeback percentages at an optimum level.
  • Chargeback handling (Restricting member accounts, communicating the debts, aiding the settlement process, data gathering for Re-Presentments)
  • Background analysis of high risk transaction events.
  • Analysing patterns of fraudulent events and initiate solutions to prevent fraud

Qualifications

  • High school graduation
  • Strong command of English
  • Intermediate computer skills 
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Decisiveness
  • Willingness to work in 3 shifts 
  • Advantages: Experience in payment fraud related field or accounting
