• Support all MacOS and IOS based devices within the Holding
• Ensure centralized management processes are correctly implemented
• Support users' day-to-day work on Apple devices
• Performing Jamf Server operational tasks
• Administration and operation of Active Directory
• Installation and setup of new Apple workstations and other hardware devices
• Software maintenance in macOS environment

• Experience in Jamf server operation (advantage)
• At least 2 years system administrator experience within MacOS, IOS platforms
• Knowledge of Active Directory and MacOS and Windows operating systems
• 1-3 years of relevant user support experience
• High level knowledge of MS Office software
• Confident hardware knowledge, and network knowledge (LAN)
• Minimum intermediate level of active English language skills, both orally and in writing
