Job Description

  • Lead, develop and optimize our portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career site, social job sites, job boards/niche sites, and develop programs across online and offline attraction events, local and global campaigns aligned to hiring needs
  • Identify, plan, organize, coordinate, and lead internal and external employer branding activities
  • Owning, creating, and delivering content for our external corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Facebook, Instagram) and other external hiring platforms
  • Implementing innovative recruitment marketing solutions and trends
  • Develop strategies focused on elevating employer branding in innovative ways, while creating a consistent, positive experience for employees and candidates
  • Builds relationships with target universities to increase brand visibility
  • Analyze marketing data to support shaping future Employer Branding activities
  • Support internal stakeholders to strengthen our employer image
  • Executes internal and external communication strategy (EVP)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (higher education is an advantage)
  • 2+ years of relevant, professional work experience
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of any additional language is an advantage)
  • Strong team player with a creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled public speaker who can confidently present in front of large crowds
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner), as well as Keynote and Prezi, Skype, Canva for design, and project management tools like Monday.com
  • Ability to effectively manage time and remain agile in a high performing atmosphere, while managing multiple tasks, projects, and priorities under pressure
