Job Description

  • Managing and executing marketing communication projects from beginning to end
  • Ensuring all marketing assets are on-brand and aligned with the global business strategy
  • Acting as a link between the creative services group and marketing stakeholders
  • Ensuring that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
  • Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall project is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Preparing estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
  • Keep communicating with all stakeholders and making sure everyone is aligned
  • Ensuring smooth communication and information flow during each phases of the project
  • Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership

  • Managing project scope and changes

  • Setting and continually manage project expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders

  • Developing and maintaining project files, project documentation, organizing status meetings
  • Working closely with the Marketing Strategy Manager(s) 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years in fields directly related to marketing and creative project management
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
  • Experience in brand or creative project coordination
  • Keen attention to detail and experience in administrative support
  • Ability to coordinate various teams to a successful outcome
  • A strong ability to solve problems and solutions centric demeanor
  • good prioritization skills to arrange tasks in the most efficient manner.
  • Must be able to handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment, strong Project Management skills; and works collaboratively and proactively as a problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 

Advantage: 

  • Knowledgeable of design, social media, execution of marketing campaigns is an advantage
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, management or related business field is an advantage
