Job Description
- Support the professional work of the CEO - You will be CEO’s first line of defense to coordinate and organize the onslaught of meetings and appointments to come
- Coordinate various projects - As the CEO is involved in numerous internal and business initiatives, you will be his sidekick to help him coordinate through his array of projects
- Schedule and organize meetings, travel, events and other activities - We hope your spirit animal is the Octopus and multitasking should be your second nature as you will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the CEO (meetings / memos / summaries / translations when required)
- Manage relations with external and internal partners - On demand works in harmony with other assistants, leaders and supervisors
- Collect, organize, evaluate and interpret business related information - Monitor reports, makes sure the completion of deadlines by chasing stakeholders
- Being open is your superpower – You can take an active part in our most visited websites' evolution and conquest of the digital world
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an executive assistant/project coordinator
- Outstanding organizational skills related to projects, trips and events
- We need someone with willingness to travel multiple times a year as you have to support the CEO during the business trips
- Excellent verbal & written language skills both in English and Hungarian
- Be discreet, creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues
- Keeping calm under pressure and take complete ownership of your tasks from start to finish
- We will need your exceptional attention to details in the team
- In today’s world, speed is of the essence. We are counting on you to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the company’s products
- We are looking for a colleague who is open to work for a company that is dealing with adult content
- Office level MS Office knowledge is a must have skill
