• Collaborate with team members to determine the copy direction 
• Write short and persuasive copies to urge users to purchase for marketing and optimization purposes 
• Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control 
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Optimize content performance based on key engagement and conversion metrics 
• Any other activities assigned by the line manager or the management

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, advertising or related field 
• 3+ years copywriting experience 

Personal competences, language skills: 

• Excellent writing and communication skills. Please include a link with samples of your work 
• Experience writing conversion-driving content for B2B or B2C audiences: driving user sign-ups, sales, and product usage 
• Knowledge of UX standards, SEO, and growth-driving tactics 
• Experience with email marketing and social media marketing. 
• Experience with digital production processes 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to write crisp and compelling content in short formats 
• Use analytics to write content that drives user acquisition for both B2C and B2B 
• Able to write content to optimize SEO 
• Relentless attention to detail 
• Ability to work in fast pacing background. 
• Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities at once. 
• Self-driven problem-solver and question-asker with a positive attitude 
• Ability to work well with short deadlines 
• Knowledge of best practices, common wordings how to make copy more appealing 
• Considered a plus knowledge of neurobiological background how copy works. 
• Native or fluent English level.
