Job Description

  • Own revenue streams, carry and exceeding sales quotas
  • Proactively going after new customers,
  • Product presentations and client consulting
  • Partner support, project management, and contract negotiations
  • Market monitoring, need assessments
  • Market and product development
  • Planning and organization of campaigns, attending events and conferences
  • Generate of reports and analyses
  • Participate in quarterly, semi annual, and annual sales planning
  • Manage sales representatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales, at least 2 with managerial experience
  • Excellent communicator (in Hungarian and English)
  • Strong revenue and profitability focus
  • Proactive, and result oriented personality
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Sound business judgement, reliability
  • Likes to take ownership, and leads with example
