Job Description

  • Supporting the work of management by performing administrative and organizational tasks 
  • Filing invoices and contracts
  • Handling mail
  • Maintenance of continuous invoice requests in MS Excel
  • Management of telephones and office equipment, keeping records
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Business car and taxi billing management
  • Organization of corporate (internal and external) events
  • Request price offers
  • Sending reminder letters, managing replies
  • Petty cash management
  • Check incoming invoices
  • Recording bank transfers
  • Recording bank payments by customers
  • Issuing of zero invoices


  • Secondary or higher education
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar field (office manager or financial administrator)
  • Good communication and representation skills
  • Communication level English language skills
  • Experience in IT is an advantage
