You will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling our offensive security capabilities in a growing global environment. As Offensive Security (RED) Manager, you will lead the development of our Red Team, ensuring it delivers high-quality services aligned with business needs and market demand.
This role bridges technical expertise and business impact — focusing on team leadership, service evolution, and clear communication of the value of offensive security to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. As part of a globally expanding organization, you will contribute to building scalable services, supporting growth across markets, and strengthening our position as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
Job Description
- Lead and develop the Red Team directly and through Team Leads, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Provide clear direction, priorities, and support to ensure team effectiveness and continuous growth.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and development of team members in line with business needs.
- Define and guide the strategic direction of the Red Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Validate and steer the development of new services and improvements to existing ones in collaboration with Product Owner and technical leads.
- Define and evolve adversary simulation methodologies, ensuring alignment with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. TIBER-EU, DORA TLPT, UR E26, NIS2, EU CRA).
- Ensure services are relevant, scalable, and aligned with client needs and industry trends.
- Oversee the delivery of Red Team services, ensuring consistent quality across all engagements without direct involvement in execution.
- Prioritize team focus and delivery quality by managing internal processes, escalations, and organizational demands on behalf of the team.
- Define and monitor KPIs, driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Support prioritization and capacity planning.
- Support sales and presales activities by aligning solutions with client needs and internal capabilities.
- Contribute to service profitability and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients.
- Identify and evaluate external partners to support scalable service delivery as the organization grows.
- Ensure quality and alignment when collaborating with external partners.
- Act as an ambassador of the Red Team, promoting its services and value internally and externally.
- Communicate complex technical topics in a clear and accessible way to non-technical audiences.
- Support client engagements and contribute to company visibility through presentations, events, and industry activities.
Qualifications
- University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in information security, with a hands-on background in offensive security operations including red team engagements, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
- Must be able to critically evaluate technical findings, tooling decisions, and operational tradecraft.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally managing through team leads or senior specialists.
- Ability to connect technical capabilities with business value and make decisions aligned with organizational goals.
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting environments is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a growing and evolving environment.
- Experience with service development, scaling teams, or working in international environments is considered a plus.
