What you’ll do:

• Oversee and coordinate highly complex IT & OT projects from start to finish.
• Manage internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of project documentation.
• Improve project methodologies and introduce new technologies in line with market trends.
• Support professional growth and support/mentor team members.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments (integration projects).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP / CAPM / PRINCE2 or equivalent
• Basic understanding of IT enterprise architecture, networks, and security technologies.
• Passion for cybersecurity

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – experience working in international teams is a plus.
