•             Actively participate in global Server Virtualization Team

•             Actively participate in global Backup and Data Center Operations Team

•             Assist in license management

•             Manage capacity planning, report technical performance metrics, and implementation of operational standards and best practices to meet required service levels.

•             Develop and continuously refine documented technical strategies in order to provide a scalable and manageable environment for future growth

•             Coordinate and contribute to the stability, availability, security, and performance of the organization’s storage, server virtualization and data center facilities working with other cross platform Infrastructure teams, Security team, Architecture team and Application teams

•             Services delivered include general consulting, project build work, general administration, 24x7 support, upgrade, patching, migration and/or transition planning, performance and tuning, project planning, standards validation/development, technical documentation, process automation, and problem analysis and resolution
