Compensation range starting at $26.45

Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing 24-hour management of all clinical functions of unlicensed clinicians at the Facility. Responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides supervision, reportable to Clinical Director. Clinical Supervisor delivers all activities in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day Clinical Support for unlicensed clinical staff
- Implements plans for performance improvement for unlicensed clinicians
- Evaluates quality of program provided by unlicensed clinicians on an ongoing basis.
- Provides group and individual supervision for all unlicensed Clinicians
- Recruits and interviews new unlicensed clinicians.
- Engage in outreach, recruitment, and marketing with graduate school providing unlicensed clinicians for practicum, pre-doctoral, and post-doctoral opportunities.
- Attends clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
- Carry a small individual and group caseload
- Builds positive relationships with staff and physicians.
- Works collaboratively with the Clinical Director.
- Demonstrates knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and the ability to communicate these clearly and accurately to unlicensed clinical staff.
- Demonstrates knowledge of emergency procedures; ability to communicate these procedures clearly and accurately.
- Review, assess, and evaluate client treatment plans and clinical records of unlicensed clinicians
- Ensures unlicensed clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements.
- Evaluates unlicensed clinical staff based on specified performance standards, on a timely basis.
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
- Follows Infection Control guidelines at all times.
- Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.
- Assists in formulating standards for patient care.
This is a full-time position that will work Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field.
- Proper credentials to provide supervision for all unlicensed Doctoral and Masters level Clinicians
- A minimum of 2 years management setting familiarity, with continuous Quality Improvement, JCAHO standards.
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards.
- Knowledge of the Principles and Practices of the discipline.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
