ROLE

The POS Process Specialist works within the Sales & Trade Marketing Team to support fundamental tasks involved in the POS execution process. The role will work to support the sales teams in distributing and executing POS in the market by facilitating communication between field teams and internal teams to resolve issues, fulfill POS needs, and implement strategy.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• 1-2 years consumer goods industry experience with exposure to retailers required
• Strong planning, prioritization, and project management competencies
• Strong excel and analytical skillset with ability to manipulate datasets. Experience with BI preferred
• Experience in Monday.com or other project management tools preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, including presenting, writing and collaboration abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment are a must
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross department networking
• Conscientious, strong attention to detail, self-starting
• Technical Knowledge of POS Production (Print, Permanent, Temporary) required
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
