Description:

The instructor position performs skilled Journey-level types like Electrical, refrigeration, boilers, auxilirary, HVAC, plumbing instruction. Instructor must have knowledge of work in the installation, maintenance, alteration, and repair of a variety of stationary engineering systems and equipment related to stationary engineering maintenance, and in a building and-or casino.

Must have some sort of teaching experience?

Work Environmental Factors:

Full or part time, eving classes

Working indoors in classrooms, offices, research, or training facilities.

Walking, standing, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing or otherwise move objects weighing up to fifty pounds.

Use tools for the trades, or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.

Preferred experience performing journey-level work in facilities stationary engineering systems and equipment related to stationary engineering maintenance, and in a building and-or casino. Preferred experience as a General Forman, knowledge of plans, coordinated, and supervised the work of skilled journey-level workers of at least three building trades and other staff assigned to work projects at a building or casino, and has had job site responsibility for various building trades projects.
