• Working as part of the Revenue Assurance team to co-ordinate the internal work streams from the Revenue Assurance program.

• Billing and Customer Experience liaison to ensure that revenue recovery opportunities are maximized efficiently.

• Supply side coordination to ensure that the cost benefits are maximized efficiently.

Job Description

Salary £21,000 per annum

Ensure that work streams within the Revenue Assurance program are progressed in line with KPIs and to agreed deadlines.

• Follow up on work stream findings, ensuring any incorrectly rated calls/services are fixed by suppliers, where required credits are chased with suppliers.

• Ensure onward billing rates and tariffs are build as designed and where not implement corrections to ensure billing accuracy.

• Liaise with internal departments to arrange connection of any services where we are not passing on charges and any old revenues are charged.

• Develop additional RA cycles based on previous findings and Telecoms industry experience.

• Assessing and reporting RA risks.

• Have a flexible approach to working in change environment, including assisting with other teams external to the Finance function.

• Be vigilant for possible fraudulent activity and if necessary raise a security incident report using the template accessible via the Corporate Intranet.

• Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required.

• Liaise with finance teams to assist in accounts preparation where applicable

• To be compliant with health and safety company policy and legislation.


  • Keen eye for detail, analytical and tenacious in identifying root causes and implementing solutions

  • Strong IT skills including MS Access, Excel and other databases
