Our Technical Project Managers ensure local project success by aligning business objectives with technical execution.
Description du poste
We are looking for a profile capable of testing digital services, with the main responsibilities being:
-Test Case Execution:
Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for VAS services on web browsers and mobile apps.
-Defect Identification & Reporting:
Find, document, and track defects for VAS services, ensuring defects are resolved timely by dev team via tech Project Manager.
-Routine Usability Testing:
Carry out and document routine tests on VAS services observing the service’s performance, stability, and overall user experience on various mobile devices.
-Collaboration:
Work closely with Tech PMs, account & product managers on Digital Virgo’s side and with telcos, partners.
-Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of test plans, test cases, and test results in different test-book formats as required.
-Regression Testing:
Ensure that new code changes or bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionalities on VAS services.
