Job Summary –

Ensure the cycle labels are matching the document size and part numbers. Request for designs related to the service formats on the CDT LATAM, CNB LATAM and CDisplays LATAM. Align cycles’ labels with approved Master messaging document, label sizes and part numbers. Review all collateral for content and accuracy in English and Spanish. Turn around label updates/corrections within the specified period, collaborate with teams on all collateral delivered on time and help provide content team information for datasheets production and review files for approval. The content created must be managed in SharePoint or other various cloud storage, either for extraction and editing, or for subsequent communication once the members of the work team have been edited.

Years of experience needed 1–3.

Technical Skills:

• Use of editing software (Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator / After Effects, among others)
• Excel intermediate level
• Written and read communication in English.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn.

• Certifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, or related field.
