Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Transcription & Validation
- Independently transcribe audio files in your native language
- Compare and validate parallel transcripts to produce a final “ground truth” version
- Accurately capture linguistic nuances, dialects, and context
Annotation & Review
- Perform entity tagging based on detailed client guidelines
- Conduct speaker diarization (identify and label different speakers)
- Complete full internal reviews to ensure quality before final QA

Qualifications
Requirements
- Native fluency in Wolof, Pulaar, or Serer (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow structured linguistic and annotation guidelines
- Comfortable using online transcription and annotation tools
- Ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple work batches
