Job Description
We are hiring 2 Swahili-speaking Phone Survey Enumerators to conduct phone interviews and record responses as part of a data collection initiative. Enumerators will be responsible for completing 35 interviews daily and entering the data into the provided tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional and timely phone surveys with respondents.
- Accurately record responses and enter data into provided tools.
- Complete 35 interviews per day, each lasting approximately 1 minute.
- Ensure data entry is accurate, with a data entry rate of 20 minutes per interview.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Swahili (mandatory).
- Previous experience in phone surveys or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and data entry skills.
- Ability to meet daily survey targets and maintain accuracy.
- Must own a phone.
