Digital Divide Data (DDD) is a US-based non-profit, mission-driven enterprise with the goal of using technology and digital skills to bridge the divide between economically and socially marginalized youth and employment opportunities that lead to a sustainable and viable future. DDD identifies talented but underserved youth in Africa and Asia (Kenya, Cambodia, and Laos are the main centers) to enter formal employment, undergo professional training and skills development, and pursue tertiary education. Our headquarters are in New York, and we have over 1,500 employees across our operations in Kenya, Cambodia, and Laos.

Job Description

●    Plans, organizes and manages the Quality and Continuous Improvement activities.
●    Create quality measurements to track improvement
●    Execute quality improvement testing and activities
●    Ensure output files meet customer expectations and demand
●    Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
●    Documenting processes and maintaining data record
●    Work closely with the entire team to improve existing procedures and process
●    Outlining training guidelines and best practices
●    Provide training and support to new and existing team members 
 

Qualifications

●    CPA Intermediate Level Qualification a MUST
●    Bachelor's degree in a Business Related Course 
●    At least 3 - 5 years of work experience on Financial data 
●    Proven Quality control skills and Excellent Analytical Mind.
●    Extensive experience with MS Excel
●    Exceptional analytical skills.
●    Advanced problem-solving skills.
●    Knowledge on accounting policies and Standards
