- Maintain Direct Digital Control (DDC), Energy Management Control System (EMCS), and Building Management System (BMS) functions, including schedules, set points, setbacks, backups, alarms, trending data, and control calibration.
- Support HVAC water-treatment and corrosion-control activities through inspections, sampling, chemical treatment, minor remediation, and monthly documentation of water analysis, chemical usage, and corrective actions.
- Use NexGen IT/TRIRIGA or the Government-designated work management system to receive and update work orders, record labor and materials, document as-found and as-left conditions, enter cause-and-remedy notes, identify deficiencies, and request follow-on corrective work.
- Maintain accurate equipment, calibration, maintenance, warranty, and condition records; assist with physical asset inventories, preventive-maintenance task lists, and lifecycle condition assessments.
- Read and work from as-built drawings, blueprints, engineering specifications, manufacturer manuals, control diagrams, shop sketches, and verbal or written work instructions.
- Follow lockout/tagout, confined-space, fall-protection, refrigerant-safety, electrical/arc-flash, personal protective equipment, hazardous-material, and other applicable OSHA, Air Force, and site safety requirements.
- Coordinate planned outages and work affecting controlled or HEMP-protected areas; do not disturb HEMP shield components, specialized points of entry, filters, seals, waveguides, or penetrations; immediately report potential damage or configuration concerns.
- Maintain clean and orderly mechanical rooms, protect Government property, restore work areas after maintenance, and provide professional customer service while coordinating with Government representatives and other contractors.
- Support 24/7 mission-essential operations, emergency response, after-hours callout, and continuity during holidays, base closures, emergencies, or Government shutdowns as directed.
