Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?
We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Co‑op student to join our Sales Enablement team for the Spring/Summer term. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys research, data analysis, storytelling through insights, and contributing to high‑impact materials that support business development. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, sales teams, and subject matter experts across the organization.
- Gather and analyze operational and performance data to support the development of client case studies.
- Conduct research on industry trends within facilities management and the built environment.
- Support the development of sector insights across education, government, and commercial sectors.
- Help identify strong success stories from Dexterra’s client accounts.
- Conduct internal interviews with operational leaders to gather project insights.
- Draft and structure client case studies that highlight measurable outcomes and the value delivered.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect client testimonials and supporting performance metrics.
- Support the Sales Enablement team in developing white papers, research briefs, and industry insight reports.
- Compile data, research, and trend analyses to contribute to thought leadership content.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Preferably a 3rd or 4th‑year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort conducting interviews and gathering information from diverse internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is an asset.
