Do you love organizing, collaborating, and making things happen in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic Marketing, Communications and Creative Services (MCCS) team!
About The Role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives, creative services, and event coordination - helping us bring big ideas to life.
- Coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Managing MCCS projects through our intake form process.
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams to keep everyone aligned.
- Supporting the creation and updates of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
- Maintaining marketing databases and asset libraries.
- Assisting with event planning, including tradeshows and conferences.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance using key metrics.
- Jumping in on ad hoc projects with the MCCS team whenever needed.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design—or equivalent experience.
- A solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and project management tools.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and comfortable communicating across all levels of the organization.
- Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and work ethic.
- Bilingual in French and English? That’s a big plus!
