As an Operations Manager, you will provide operations leadership and support to Horizon North's workforce accommodations projects.
Your work will include:
- Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Horizon North in advancing the goals of the organization.
- Organize managers and employees, determine staffing requirements
- Overall Management of logistics, and a multi-disciplinary teams of staff including culinary, cleaning, and maintenance
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Completing reports
- Align strategies with KPI requirements

Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must have three or more years experience in an offshore oil drilling platform settings managing workforce accommodations, food service, and logistics.
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- A valid driver's license is required for this role.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
