Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

The Office Clerk support role performs administrative and clerical duties. Office Clerks assist with payroll, compile financial reports, verify cash reconciliation and inventory records and input data into NetSuite all in accordance with established procedures, policies and guidelines.  Office Clerks perform some or all of the following duties:

    • Counting money
    • Reconciling royalty reports for franchises
    • Distributing and depositing money
    • Conducting cash audits
    • Reconciling cash reports
    • Inputting data into NetSuite
    • Tracking Accounts Receivable
    • Liaising with vendors as required
    • Assist with Catering inquires
    • Assist with payroll processes
    • Create purchase orders and track in NetSuite; in conjunction with unit managers as required.
    • Assist with General inquiries
    • Ensure adherence to Dana Hospitality policies and procedures
    • Ensure adherence to Dana Hospitality Health and Safety policies
    • Perform other duties as requested by management
    • Marketing Support-Preparing signage, programming D&B’s as required.

    Qualifications

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

    • Secondary school education is required as well as strong organizational skills
    • Attention to detail
    • knowledge of financial accounting systems, payroll processes Microsoft Excel and Word
    •  Excellent telephone skills, ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills.
    • Reach and lift between 0-10 pounds from floor to shoulder height
    • Frequent sitting at a desk
