As an Operations Manager, you will provide operations leadership and support to Horizon North's workforce accommodations projects. 

Your work will include:

  • Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Horizon North in advancing the goals of the organization.
  • Organize managers and employees, determine staffing requirements
  • Overall Management of  multi-disciplinary teams of staff including culinary, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Completing reports 
  • Align strategies with KPI requirements

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Must have three or more years experience  in an offshore oil drilling platform settings managing workforce accommodations, food service, and logistics. 
  • Strong financial and contract management skills
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role. 
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test. 
  •  A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
