The Office Administrator is responsible for the scheduling of the daily tasks, the change of occupancy and the small projects with the sub-contractors and Dexterra trades. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure the Canadian Forces Housing Agency are provided with regular status updates. This is a contract position. 

Your work will include:

  • Determining who will complete project work; either sub-contractors and/or Dexterra trades.
  • Schedule is sent to all sub-contractors and/or Dexterra trades involved with the change of occupancy so they are informed.
  • Copy of schedule to all Dexterra trades involved.
  • Use computer software to prepare invoices and financial statements
  • Code and file financial material according to records management procedures

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Excellent communication skills including listening, probing, reading, and writing
  • Experience working with a diverse staff component
  • Facility management or construction environment experience
  • Strong invoicing/financial experience
  • Computer literate with the use of Microsoft Office Suite-Strong Excel
  • Must participate in educational programs and in-service training
  • Must maintain required logs –timesheet, mileage, invoices, safety logs and others as required
  • A clear criminal record check is required in this role
