Job Description

WHAT'S THE JOB?

As a System Administrator - Procore, reporting to the Manager, PMO Centre of Excellence, you will support the sustainment of the Project Management Office including processes, systems, and tools. The System Administrator - Procore plays a vital role for NRB as the key contact for project management application support and administration, problem resolution, and communication management. In this role, you will be responsible to assist in the implementation, training, and administration of efficient business processes and technology solutions.

Your work will include:

  • Responsible for the efficient response to end-user requests including user account creation, project set up requests and associated project administration.
  • Conduct end-user training and ongoing process and application support.
  • Provide end-user application support by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving operational application functionality related issues for Procore.
  • Manage communications with users concerning changes application features, functionality, and processes.
  • Participate on teams or projects which recommend, coordinate, and implement changes and/or improvements to processes, products, or systems.
  • Create and maintain process and system documentation.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Business related degree or technical diploma from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Procore is an asset.
  • Experience working in an IT Project Management environment is an asset.
  • Prior experience in process or change management is considered an asset.
  • Computer proficiency – Microsoft Office- Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Project.
