Job Description

Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients, staff and subcontractors. Conducts client meetings, communicates to clients regarding HVAC portfolio, BI&I Inspections and mechanical portfolio. Communicates to clients regarding property profiles, plans, site, Program audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports. Manages associated divisional staff and subcontractors to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget. Develops programs and scheduling to ensure that client contract specifications are fulfilled. Develops and recommends strategic facility management objectives for clients. Prepares budgets and operating budget reports. Prepares periodic operating budget variance reports. Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Uses pc and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Knowledge of CMMS software is mandatory. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 5 years of related progressive experience and/or training in Facilities, HVAC or Electrical. College Diploma in mechanical trades or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management or a related field with experience is desired, with focus on business, technical or management areas of infrastructure. FMA, RPA, FMP, CFM are desirable. Communication Skills Facility Management certification mandatory. Driver's license G Full. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.
