Currently, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist who will join our Demand Generation team to help bring meaningful change to technical recruitment and talent management.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Manage marketing automation & CRM processes by engaging with prospective buyers, partners, and customers,

  • Work with the Demand Generation team to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical execution of campaigns through our marketing automation platform, 

  • Develop and execute marketing tasks including drip campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms creation as well as testing and reporting,

  • Track and measure marketing campaigns and asses ROI, attribution, and sales effectiveness,

  • Manage projects to deliver the expected results on time and on budget,

  • Ensure processes are designed, documented, understood, and followed in a way that ensures clean data.

Qualifications

What you need to succeed

Required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience using a marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot or similar),

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience using Google Docs Editor and Google Analytics,

  • Strong English oral and written communication skills,

  • Critical thinking to make optimization decisions based on data,

  • The ability to deliver from concept to implementation,

  • Understanding of demand generation and the lead-to-sales funnel,

  • Working knowledge of B2B Customer Journey and how to design modern customer/ lead nurturing campaigns.

Nice-to-have:

  • Copywriting & content writing skills

  • Understanding of web development (HTML and basic CSS)
