Job Description

We're looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team in our Warsaw office, to help us provide top-level customer service and support for our clients all around the world. You would work in shifts to cover both Europe and the US. As a part of our team, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Communicating with our customers,

  • Identifying issues and reporting them to our developer team,

  • Providing answers to the customer regarding our products and services,

  • Collecting logs and reports, 

  • Keeping internal documentation up to date.


What do we require:

  • Advanced English skills, 

  • Customer support experience,

  • Good communication skills,

  • The ability to learn fast,

  • A curious mind,

  • A strong sense of ownership,

  • A passion for technology.

Nice to have:

  • Programming experience (in any language),

  • Knowledge of SQL or MongoDB12

  • Experience with JIRA (or any other ticketing system),
