We are currently looking to expand our team with a data-driven marketing automation specialist who will be responsible for managing all the activities in our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and fully leveraging its capabilities.
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will define and launch marketing campaigns to develop new prospects and nurture them through the customer lifecycle to a loyal, engaged customer.

Plan, develop, and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to support specific business objectives
Manage the daily marketing automation operations, including setting up campaigns, testing, scheduling, deploying, and reporting
Design, test, and build user journeys
Manage and improve engagement programs to move leads through the marketing and sales funnel
Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Pardot and Salesforce CRM, such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
Track, analyse, and report results
Cooperate with the marketing and sales teams, gather feedback, reiterate, brainstorm, and help in developing and improving campaigns and content
Maintain a data-driven approach through continual experimentation and optimization (a/b testing, etc.)
3+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation in a technology product and/or services company
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Adobe Campaign, Hubspot, Marketo or other marketing automation/ digital experience platforms
Familiarity with any of the leading CRM systems will be a plus
Strong English oral and written communication skills
Deep understanding and ability to build customer journeys, nurturing, drip, dynamic content campaigns as well as one-off, triggered, adhoc email blasts
Analytical, extremely detail-oriented and well-organized
Ability to work well in an international team environment and easily connect with others
Proactivity and a problem-solving mindset
