Job Description

We're currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Warsaw office, to help us provide top-level customer service and support for our clients all around the world. You would work in shifts to cover both Europe and the US. As part of our team, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Helping our customers,

  • Identifying issues and reporting them to our developer team,

  • Providing answers to the customer regarding our products and services,

  • Collecting logs and reports, 

  • Keeping internal documentation up to date.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Advanced English skills, 

  • Good communication skills,

  • The ability to learn fast,

  • A curious mind,

  • A strong sense of ownership,

  • A passion for technology.

 

Nice to have:

  • Previous customer support experience,

  • Programming experience (in any language),

  • Knowledge of SQL or MongoDB12

  • Experience with JIRA (or any other ticketing system).
