About the Role
As a Business / Functional Analyst Intern, you will be the vital bridge between business value and technical AI orchestration. Your primary goal is to analyze legacy software behaviors, design how the AI agents should "think"
and cooperate, map out user journeys, and ensure that the modernization output is accurate, secure, and functionally complete. You will work closely with developers and technical mentors to define functional requirements, write structured specifications, and shape the logical workflows of our AI-powered factory. This role is highly collaborative andprovides a deep dive into functional analysis, product ownership, and cutting-edge GenAI architecture.

Profile
● Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems, Management & IT, Computer Science,or a related field with a strong interest in business analysis.
● Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills; you enjoy breaking down complex systems into logical and structured components.
● Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;you can easily explain technical concepts to business stakeholders andtranslate business requirements into technical guidelines.
● AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering. You are eager to learn how AI can automate real-world software workflows.
● Languages: French or Dutch Native and Fluency in English is required;

Tech & Functional Competencies (What you will learn & use)
● Analysis & Modeling: Process mapping, UML diagramming, user stories,and functional specs.
● GenAI Knowledge: Understanding LLM concepts, prompt engineering,multi-agent frameworks, and vector search.
● Agile Tooling: Jira, Confluence, and Miro for collaborative documentationand planning.
● Data & APIs: Standard structures (JSON, XML, REST APIs) to define howdata moves through our agentic factory.
