Job Description

Devoteam Cyber Trust is seeking a proactive Junior to Mid-level Cybersecurity Engineer to support our client’s
evolving Security Roadmap in Braga city.

You will be part of an ongoing effort to strengthen operational capacity and accelerate the delivery of key projects within a global environment.
We are seeking a "hands-on" professional who can operate with autonomy to ensure the security and integrity of
infrastructure, identity, and cybersecurity operations.

  • Performing general systems administration tasks to support infrastructure stability.
  • Managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
  • Administering identity services, with a focus on Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Executing Security Operations tasks, including Vulnerability Management and the use of security tooling.
  • Supporting the delivery of high-priority projects within the organisational Security Roadmap.
  • Staying up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies

Qualifications

●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Proven professional experience in general systems administration.
● Technical proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
● Strong practical knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
● Experience in Security Operations, with specific exposure to Vulnerability Management processes and tools.
● Good organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
● Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English.

 

Nice to have

● Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
● Experience in infrastructure-heavy security projects.
