Work Assignments
As a Principal Consultant, you will operate at the intersection of deep technical expertise and business advisory. You will be responsible for:
Technical Design & Development: Designing and developing modern data solutions, ensuring our team implements the highest standards of data engineering.
Advisory & Collaboration: Acting as a trusted partner for our clients’ decision makers, ensuring good collaboration with their engineers, analysts, & business users.
Mentorship & Growth: Elevating our team of less experienced engineers through mentoring and fostering a culture of continuous technical improvement.
You will collaborate with our data engineers with +10 years experience, while quickly taking a mentoring role for our many less experienced engineers.
What You Bring to the Team
Ideally, you have:
7+ years of experience working as a data engineer/architect.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and/or software development.
An analytical approach to problem-solving, with a strong interest in how to drive business improvement using data.
Clear communication skills and the curiosity to engage with clients on projects.
Experience with some of these technologies: Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric, dbt, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
A relevant degree.
A current base near Copenhagen and fluency in Danish and/or English.

Assessed the current data landscape in Novonesis and implemented a new self-service framework to enable business users to utilise the power of the modern data stack.
