Job Description
- Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues (L2/L3), ensuring rapid service restoration and root-cause analysis.
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of management chains, including batch processing, data transfers, and workflow monitoring.
- Orchestrate and manage software releases and hardware infrastructure updates within your scope, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Implement and supervise monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus/Grafana) to analyze load, performance, and functional health.
- Develop scripts (Python/Bash) and use DevOps tools (Ansible) to automate repetitive tasks, log parsing, and health checks.
- Create and enrich the application document baseline, maintain runbooks, and define operating procedures to ensure team scalability.
- Analyze application performance and user feedback to propose and implement functional or technical upgrades.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL 7/8, SLES, Ubuntu), including system administration, kernel parameters, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent, ability to optimize queries, analyze execution plans, and perform basic DBA tasks.
- Professional experience with Python, Bash or Shell Scripting for automation, strong knowledge of Ansible (playbook authoring and CI/CD integration).
- Familiarity with Cloud environments, Docker, and Kubernetes (basic pod debugging and log aggregation). Knowledge of Terraform/Helm is a plus.
- Proficient use of Dynatrace or other monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana/Zabbix).
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
