Job Description

We are looking for an IT professional with experience in developing and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing advanced IAM controls and system monitoring, ensuring compliance with internal security policies, automating processes to improve performance metrics, and developing and maintaining scripts and applications in Python and Ruby. They will work with MySQL databases and Windows/Linux servers, participate in continuous improvement projects and KPI modeling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success. This role is essential to the mission of the DCY IAP/IGC department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identity and lifecycle management (IAM)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and metrics/KPI modeling (e.g., Tableau)
  • Programming in Python and Ruby
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server
  • Experience with MySQL databases
  • Teamwork, proactivity, commitment, and quality focus

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with ElasticStack
  • Experience in IT process automation
  • Knowledge of security or compliance frameworks
  • Previous experience in IT outsourcing or consulting
