We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Technical Coordinator to coordinate and manage a Red Team / Network & Security technical team. The role requires strong leadership capabilities combined with a hands-on technical approach. The selected professional will actively contribute to technical activities while being responsible for team coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and manage a technical team, ensuring delivery quality and operational efficiency
• Actively participate in technical activities, maintaining a hands-on role
• Ensure alignment between project objectives, technical execution, and business requirements
• Serve as a technical reference point for internal teams and enterprise customers
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within agreed timelines and scope
• Promote best practices, process improvement, and continuous technical development within the team
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, communication, and service quality

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in network, security, or infrastructure-related roles

• Proven experience in technical team coordination or leadership

• Strong background in enterprise environments and customer-facing projects

• eCPPTv2, CEH, OSCP, PNPT, CPTS, CPENT, CRTP

• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor

• CREST Registered Tester

• CompTIA PenTest+

• OSCP / OSEP
