As a Senior .NET Developer, you won't just write code; you will architect high-performance systems. You will bridge the gap between complex backend logic and seamless frontend experiences, crafting scalable, cloud-native applications that drive business value.

Your mission:

• Architect the system: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET;
• Build the core: Architect secure RESTful APIs optimized for frontend consumption, minimizing latency and round-trips;
• Master the data: Manage complex SQL Server schemas and optimize Entity Framework Core queries to prevent performance bottlenecks;
• Bridge the gap: Integrate backend logic with UI components (Blazor or Modern JS) and troubleshoot cross-stack issues like CORS and network state;
• Ensure quality: Trace execution paths from browser DevTools down to the server and database for deep full-stack debugging;
• Automate & deploy: Manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for automated testing and deployment.

What we are looking for

Technical-skills:

• C# Mastery: Advanced proficiency including Async/Await, LINQ, Generics, and memory management;
• ASP.NET Core: Deep knowledge of Middleware pipelines, Dependency Injection, and Configuration;
• Database: Expertise in SQL Server and Entity Framework Core (performance tuning and indexing);
• Modern .NET UI: Experience with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly);
• JavaScript foundation: Functional proficiency with fetch/Axios, DOM manipulation, and event handling (no frameworks required, but logic is essential);
• AI tools: Identify the specific AI orchestration tools relevant in the current Microsoft ecosystem;
• Tooling: Git proficiency (complex merges) and Cloud familiarity (Azure App Services/SQL).

Nice-to-have:

• SPA frameworks: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js to better collaborate with frontend specialists;
• Cloud-native: Experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration;
• Peer programming: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on patterns, security, and clean code;
• AI integration: Experience using Semantic Kernel or OpenAI APIs within.NET applications.
