Job Description

We are seeking a technical and results-oriented administrator to manage and optimize our digital collaboration ecosystem, primarily Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of our productivity platforms. This includes daily administration, ensuring high availability, and implementing robust security protocols. The administrator will also serve as the primary technical support contact, create training materials to drive user adoption, and continuously analyze usage metrics to improve the digital employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer & Maintain: Manage the configuration, performance, and day-to-day operations of M365, Google Workspace, and integrated third-party tools.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor key security policies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), MFA, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
  • Support & Training: Act as the main support expert for all collaboration tools and create documentation/training to help users.
  • Optimize & Analyze: Monitor adoption metrics, manage vendor relationships, and work with business units to translate their needs into practical technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in administering cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft 365 (Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint) and/or Google Workspace (Admin Console, Drive).
  • Security Acumen: Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management (SSO/MFA), and data governance principles (DLP).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly support technical and non-technical users.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, analytical mindset focused on using technology to improve business productivity and the end-user experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Google Apps Script) or data analysis (Power BI) is a significant advantage.
