Job Description
Are you a highly skilled and technically astute Google Workspace expert looking to make a significant impact? Join our Google Workspace Service Delivery team as a Senior Specialist and become the go-to technical authority for our diverse customer base.
In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Google Workspace to drive successful customer outcomes. You will be instrumental in leading the technical execution of Google Workspace projects, ensuring seamless migrations, and providing expert-level guidance on complex technical deployments and configurations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the ultimate technical point of escalation and trusted advisor for all Google Workspace matters for our customers.
- Lead and execute the technical aspects of Google Workspace implementation projects, including migrations, integrations, and custom configurations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for complex Google Workspace issues.
- Analyze customer environments to recommend and implement optimal Google Workspace configurations and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest Google Workspace features, updates, and technical advancements.
- Engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries (e.g., scale-ups, retail, technology, gaming, entertainment, public sector) to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Identify opportunities for technical improvements and strategic evolution within customer Google Workspace environments.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace solutions, preferably confirmed by certification. Experience with managing Microsoft 365 and similar solutions is a big bonus!
- Excellent communication and presentation skills befitting a customer-facing role
- Ability to provide high-quality customer onboarding and training
- Ability to communicate and explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences
- Previous experience with IT network or systems administration
- Fluent English required; proficiency in Swedish preferred
